Debra Kay Jones

SACATON - Debra Kay Jones, 55, of Sacaton died on Oct. 29, 2018.

Mrs. Jones was born on July 2, 1963, in Sacaton to Harrison Nasewytewa and Julia Mae Schurz-Nasewytewa. She loved watching Turner Classic Movies and was a big Seattle Seahawks fan. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren and had to have her coffee.

She had a good sense of humor and on the weekends loved going out and having breakfast, then driving around sightseeing with her husband. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Anthony Jones Sr.; two daughters and a son, Carrie Stansberry, Anthony Jones Jr. and Bridget Jones; five siblings, William, Gilbert, Colin, Steve and Ronald Nasewytewa; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Wendell Schurz.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 5, at the District 3 Service Center. Graveside service at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6, in Sacaton West Cemetery.
