ARIZONA CITY - Declan King Howa, 13-month-old son of Kevin R. and Mariana Rivera Howa of Arizona City, died on May 11, 2017, at Hospice of the Valley Ryan House in Phoenix.
Declan was born on March 28, 2016, in Chandler.

Other survivors include two brothers, Kaleo and Rocco Howa; grandparents, Rose and Tony Rivera, Cori and Mark Rackley of Arizona City, Ray and Dorothy Howa of West Valley City, Utah; and great-grandparents, Rose and Eleazar Leija of Eloy and Janice Martin of Taylorsville, Utah.
