Delma Ren

Delmar C. Ren, 88, of Casa Grande died on Sept. 2, 2014, at Family Tys Assisted Living.
The service will be later in Michigan City, Indiana at Greenwood Cemetery.
Mr. Ren was born on Feb. 18, 1926, in La Porte, Indiana, and was a son of William Ren and Bessie Burson. An Army veteran of World War II. He worked at Sullair Corporation in Michigan City. He was a life member of the VFW in Michigan City. He also attended St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Casa Grande. He enjoyed woodworking, travel, boating and fishing. He and his wife traveled the country for 15 years and loved fishing on Pine Lake in La Porte.
Survivors include his wife of 551⁄2 years, Carol A.(Nee Dowd); a daughter, Theresa A. (Dr. Michael E.)Meyer of Holland, Michigan; a son, William T. (Patti) Ren of Alamogordo, New Mexico; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
