Dennis Duane Lamb

Dennis Duane Lamb, age 75 of Casa Grande, passed away Thursday October 12, 2023 in Casa Grande.

Mr. Lamb was born on July 13, 1948 in Wellington, Kansas, and was  a son of Tommie D. Lamb and Etrula A. Staley.  When he was seven years old his family moved to Buckeye, Arizona.  He graduated from Buckeye High School and Glendale Community College with an associate degree in drafting.  He worked in customer service at Arizona Public Service Company for 35 years.

He married Jo Ann Wright on November 28, 1969, in Phoenix, Arizona.  They moved to Goodyear, Arizona and bought their first home in 1973, and then moved to Casa Grande in 1976.  He coached Little League and soccer, was a scout leader, served on the Main Street board and provided much service through his church.  He was devoted to his family and provided for their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

Survivors include his wife; two sons and a daughter, Tommie T., Amy Jo and Gary D. Lamb; a brother, Michael G. Lamb; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  

Visitation starting at 9:00a.m, followed by the funeral service starting at 10:00a.m, both at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1555 N. Colorado Street, Casa Grande.  Burial to follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Casa Grande.
