Dennis Voigt

Dennis “Denny” Voigt, 64, of Casa Grande died on Dec. 13, 2010, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Fred Hazel III officiating. Burial will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.
Mr. Voigt was born on July 14, 1946, in Algona, Iowa, and was a son of Ewald and Katherine Voigt. He served four years in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a salesman in the advertising department of Casa Grande Valley Newspapers Inc. for 18 years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed camping and travel. He loved taking care of his family, especially his grandson.
Survivors include his wife, Francella K.; a daughter, Laura L. Voigt-Jimenez of Phoenix; a brother, Colin Voigt of Arkansas; a sister, Geraldine “Jeri” Licht of Iowa; and a grandson.
