Diana Jean Apperson, 63, of Casa Grande died on Dec. 18, 2012, in Casa Grande.
The funeral will be at 11 am. Jan. 5 at Trinity Southern Baptist Church.
Mrs. Apperson was born on Nov. 21, 1949, in Huntington, W.Va. She was a registered nurse who loved her role of caring for people for many years. She was a member of Trinity Southern Baptist Church and enjoyed writing, fishing, camping and spending time with her family. She especially loved the children and her church.
Survivors include two sons, James Brandenburg of Casa Grande and Michael T. Brandenburg of McHenry, Ill.; four brothers, Virgil Copley of Pennsylvania, Charles Copley of Illinois, Jimmy R. Copley of Wisconsin and Paul Copley of Florida; four sisters, Patsy Waters of Florida, Paulette Shade, Carol Wallace and Wilma Havens, all of Tennessee; and eight grandchildren; Meghan Brandenburg of Prescott, Samantha Brandenburg of Phoenix, Carson Brandenburg of McHenry, IL, Gary Gray of Virginia, MN, Ira White and Angela White of Casa Grande, Paige Lillie and Tatum Lillie of San Tan Valley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dana; her mother and stepfather, Stella and John Klepper; and a brother, Frankly "Chick" Copley.
