Dion Roy Johnson

Dion Roy Johnson, 18, of Casa Grande died on May 21, 2015, in Casa Blanca.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at St. Anne Catholic Mission in Santan. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 7 a.m. Saturday by Monsignor Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in Sweetwater Cemetery.

Mr. Johnson was born on Jan. 2, 1997, in Chandler. He was a student and a smart young man who had artistic skills and enjoyed playing basketball. He was very supportive of his family and was known for his sense of humor, smile and laugh.

Survivors include his grandmother, Rosemary Johnson of Chandler; two brothers, Joshua Terrazas of Casa Grande and Manuel Johnson of Litchfield Park; four sisters, Josaphina Johnson of Chandler, Sarah and Lucero Johnson of Phoenix and Margarita Johnson of Gilbert; and his guardian parents, Melvadine and Edward Miguel Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother, Claudette R. Johnson.
