Dominga Rodriguez Almanza

CASA GRANDE - Dominga Rodriguez Almanza, 84, of Casa Grande died on Oct. 31, 2018.

Mrs. Almanza was born on Sept. 20, 1934, in Martindale, Texas, and was a daughter of Jesus Rodriguez and Juanita Sanchez. She loved to cook, listen to music, dance and sing. She was a loving person and loved to spend time with her family.

She formerly was a farm laborer and later was a homemaker. She lived in this area for 64 years and was Catholic.

Survivors include two daughters, Asencio Alarcon and Dominga R. Arias of Casa Grande; a sister, Maria Elena Meza of Casa Grande; two brothers, Arcubro J. Rodriguez of Tucson and Jesse Rodriguez of Casa Grande; 24 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, and four brothers, Pete, Alberto, Anastacio and Lorenzo Rodriguez.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 9, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30.
