Doreen A. Robles

PALO VERDE STAND VILLAGE - Doreen A. Robles, 44, died on May 7, 2016, at Sells Indian Hospital.

Ms. Robles was born on Dec. 24, 1971, in Sells. She was an administrative assistant for the Tohono O’odham Nation and loved waila music, her cats, her dog, butterflies and koalas.

Survivors include her companion of 16 years, Eric Antone, and her parents, Esther and Leo F. Robles of Santa Rosa Village. She was preceded in death by a sister, Reynetta Frias.

The wake will begin at 5 p.m. today at San Francisco Xavier Catholic Mission, with funeral Mass celebrated at 7 p.m. by the Rev. Bill Minkel. Burial will be at 5 a.m. Saturday in San Luis Cemetery.
