Dorothy Lavern Cecil

Dorothy (Dottie) Welch was born in Arkansas on October 6, 1933. She passed from this life on April 26,2021.
Dottie ran the Greyhound Bus and Western Union businesses from 1957 until she retired and sold it in 1993. In her life she has had multiple businesses, Greyhound Bus, Western Union, Frank and Dot’s Cafe, and an appliance store. These businesses were located at 117 East 2nd St in Casa Grande, AZ.
She was married to Frank Wiles, March 1, 1951, who passed to heaven in 1982, they had four children, Linda, who has passed to heaven, Danny Wiles, who lives in Casa Grande, Allen Wiles, who lives in Casa Grande and Brenda Arenz, who lives in Maryland. Dottie remarried, to Robert Cecil on August 31, 1991. Robert has two children Ron Cecil, who lives in Casa Grande and Cyndie Wilkins Wiles, who lives in Casa Grande. Dottie has 18 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.

She was a kind, thoughtful and loving person. She loved people. She loved her church family at Arizona City Baptist Church and then at Desert Sky Baptist Church, which her and Bob Cecil helped to build. She loved her family and was always concerned and praying for them.

Her family will miss her but because Dottie loved Jesus Christ as her Savior, she will be in heaven for eternity.
