Douglas Cook

Douglas William Cook was born December 12, 1965, in Manteca, California to Ronald Gene Cook and Lynda Mae Wilson. Doug passed away on August 29, 2021, in Wilmington, California. Although Doug was a California native, he had lived in Arizona for more than 20 yrs., where he met his wife, Rebecca. He was a son, brother, father, husband, grandfather, and a lifelong trucker who was also an amazing family man with a big heart. Doug enjoyed his morning coffee and smokes, along with sharing his love for RC Cars, Guns, Star Trek Fleet Command, and his grandkids. His favorite saying was " 5 bucks". Doug was greatly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca Cook of Laveen, Arizona, son Nicholas Cook of San Francisco, California, mother Lynda Perry of Manteca, California, brother Vincent Perry of Manteca, California, his stepsons Lauro and Benito Garcia of Casa Grande, Arizona, Ysidro Garcia of Laveen, Arizona, Stepdaughters Chasity Alderete and Clarissa Costales of Casa Grande, Arizona, Cassandra Garcia of Mesa, Arizona, daughter Crystal Hawthorne Oroville, California, his 20 grandkids and many other family members. Doug is proceeded in death by his father Ronald Gene Cook and grandmother Betty Wilson both of Manteca, California.

Visitations will be held on the 25th of September 2021, in Casa Grande, Az at Passion Church, located at 501 E Kortsen Rd, Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Services will begin at 10:00 am.
Followed by gravesite at Mountain View Cemetery located at 15506 W Skyway Ave, Casa Grande, AZ
Continued with a Celebration of life located at Mission Heights Preparatory High school located at 1376 E Cottonwood Ln, Casa Grande, AZ 85122
