Dwight Edwin Smith

Dwight “Dwayne” Smith-75-Coolidge Az. Passed away on April 18, 2022

Dwayne was born on December 28, 1946 to Osivill and Frankie Lou Smith in Point Tx. While growing up in Tyler Texas he attended Liberty Baptist Church and later practicing the Muslim faith. Graduating from high school in 1965 in Texas and studying atleast 3 years of college, he then went into the labor field and his first job was with Tyler Pipe. Later in the years after moving to Casa Grande he worked for Fransico Grande then after found his love working in the Cotton Gin.

Dwayne loved fishing, music, outdoors and loved being around family and friends. He loved sports and loved his USC Trojans.

He is survived by two sisters Anita of Tyler Texas and Anna of Houston, Tx, and 10 children Kim and Piper Smith of Hope, Ark, Yolanda Smith and Deon Hawkins of Ft. Worth Tx, Ishmael and Eileen Smith of Tucson Az. Shaunna Walker of Marinette Wi. Duwynna Smith of Tucson Az. Stefanie Bojorquez of Marinette Wi. Shaherah and Asheley Smith of Coolidge, Az. Abdul Vaughn and Tiunna Hayes of Casa Grande. 43 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, also many relatives and friends. He is preceded by his parents Osivill and Frankie Lou Smith.
