Longtime Pinal County farmer, Earl Green passed away at home, (Casa Grande, AZ) with his devoted wife Linda, by his side. It was a Monday afternoon, August 6, 2018
Earl Gene Green was born in Flippin Arkansas, on September 23, 1946 to John Roy Green and Daphne Osborne Green. He was the youngest of five children. When Earl was 5 years old the family moved to Maricopa, AZ.
Earl lived his life farming and ranching, throughout the western states: Idaho, Oregon, California, Nevada and during the last 30 years throughout Arizona.
Agriculture was his passion and he devoted his life to working hard, every day.
Earl and Linda were married for over 44 years. Together they built a successful business, managed farms and ranches and raised their family with strong values.
Earl was preceded in death by both parents and his brother Dean Green.
Earl leaves behind his dear wife, the true love of his life, Linda and their three children: Monty Roy Green of Casa Grande, AZ, Tanner Herman of Camp Verde, AZ and Page (Steve) Hiskett of Fallon, NV.
"Papa" will be sadly missed by his six grandchildren: Savannah and Summer (Tanner), Mason and Morgan (Monty) and Ruby and Stevie (Page).
He is survived by his three sisters: Kris Phillips-Louisiana, Kathy Roth-Ohio, and Jane Thompson-Arizona.
Heaven needed someone to tend the fields, so God took a farmer… the best one
To give your respects to Earl and his family, please attend services to be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the Gardens Chapel at J. Warren Funeral Services, located 525 North Peart Road, Casa Grande, Arizona.
