Effie Turner

ARIZONA CITY — Effie Laverne Turner, 68, of Arizona City died on April 12, 2012, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
Ms. Turner was born on Aug. 27, 1943, in Casa Grande. She was an insurance broker in Casa Grande for 25 years and a partner in Auto Insurance Specialist. She retired about 10 years ago. She was devoted to her family.
Survivors include three daughters, Wynona K. Kornegay of Arizona City, Sami L. Heddings of Mesa and Geneva R. Sanders of Casa Grande; two brothers, William Brown of Texas and Kenneth Brown of Oklahoma; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Brown, and two grandchildren.
