ELOY — Eliverio Garcia Sr., 56, of Eloy died on Aug. 22, 2012, at St. Vicente Hospital in Monterrey, Mexico.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church by the Rev. Juan Carlos Aguirre. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.
Mr. Garcia was born on Sept. 23, 1955, in Monterrey. He owned Hurricane Truck Wash and Eloy Bakery and was a hard worker and good provider. He loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Oralia; three sons, Eliverio Garcia Jr., Elliot and Edgar Garcia, all of Eloy; a daughter, Antonia M. Garcia of Phoenix; a brother, Elpidio Garcia of Casa Grande; four sisters, Micaela Garcia of Monterrey, Teresa Rivas and Lila Garcia of Oxnard, Calif., and Dorotea Garcia of Camarillo, Calif.; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Margarita Garcia; two brothers, Lucas and Anacieto Garcia; and a grandson, Elliot Garcia Jr.
