Elizabeth Mary Cullen

Elizabeth M. Cullen, who was born in Chicago, Illinois, passed way on November 23, 2024 in her home in Casa Grande, Arizona. She was a faith filled and loving mother, grandmother, wife, and educator. 

A devoted educator, Elizabeth dedicated her life to teaching and nurturing curiosity and faith to her students. She retired from St. Catherine of Alexandria Elementary School as a 4th grade teacher. In retirement she moved to Casa Grande, Arizona with her husband, John, where they enjoyed the sunny weather and mild winters.

She found joy in various hobbies, including taking her beloved dog, Bailey Noel, on long walks and to the local dog park. Elizabeth was known for creating beautiful needlepoint artwork, sewing, and baking tasty cakes, cookies, and breads. 

Elizabeth was the devoted daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Keri and sister to the late Dolores Buschel. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Cullen. Elizabeth leaves behind her three children: John C. Cullen, Kerri (Kevin) Sosnowski, and Mark (Stephanie Chalmers) Cullen. She will be missed by her 5 grandchildren: Kaitlin, Konnor, and Kaden Sosnowski and Killian and Finn Cullen. She is also survived by her older brother, Robert Keri.
