Elizabeth Jimenez

CASA GRANDE - Elizabeth Jimenez, 80, died on Oct. 29, 2017, in Chandler.
Ms. Jimenez was born on May 9, 1937, in Benson to Gilbert and Josefina (Savala) Flores. She was a very humble and godly woman who loved feeding the homeless and going to jails to minister the word of God. She was a big sports fan, especially of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Cardinals.
Survivors include a daughter, Tera Torres; a son, Paul Morin; nine siblings, Gilbert, Bertha, Nelli, Margie, Sandy, Monica, Mary, Tony and Jenny; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bear Flores, and a grandson, Hector Mendoza.
Visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, at Fountains of Living Water Church. Funeral at 11. Burial in Valley of the Sun Cemetery, 10940 E. Chandler Heights Road in Chandler.
