Emaloy (Stonecipher) Bell was born in Phoenix, Arizona on November 11, 1935 to Loy and Glenda (Clay) Stonecipher. She passed away in Chandler, Arizona at the Hospice of the Valley Dobson House on November 28, 2019. Emaloy was a life-long Casa Grande resident who, after attending Arizona State College in Tempe, Arizona (ASU), became a teacher. She taught in Casa Grande at the former Central School and taught at both the Palo Verde and Mesquite elementary schools. She loved her family and, in addition to teaching, loved to read and work in her gardens. She is survived by her brother, retired Col. Roy Stonecipher, sons David and Paul Bell, daughter-in-law Anne (Brower) Bell, her grandchildren, Jenifer and Daniel Smith, Zachary Brower, Audriana (Bell) Castellanos, and Joshua Calcutt, as well her great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles, and daughter Pamela (Bell) Pangburn. At Emaloy’s request, no funeral will be held. Burial will take place Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 11am at Mountain View Cemetery, 15506 W. Skyway Ave., Casa Grande, Arizona. Following, there will be an informal celebration of Emaloy’s life at the home of her granddaughter, Audriana, 1654 E Bishop Court, Casa Grande, Arizona.
