Ernrst "Ernie" Pete

AK-CHIN - Ernest "Ernie" Pete, 46, of the Ak-Chin Indian Community died on July 30, 2020, in Sacaton.

Mr. Pete was born on Nov. 28, 1973, in Sacaton. He was loved by many. He loved them as well, but his family said his heart belonged to his dog, Bruiser, who was his pride and joy.

Survivors include his mother, Malinda Pete; three sisters, Evelyn Justin, Paulette Kisto and Paula Pete; three nieces; two nephews; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Pete Sr., and a brother, Earl Pete Jr.

Graveside service at 6 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, in Ak-Chin Cemetery.
