Esther Ida Aguilla

NORTH SANTA ROSA VILLAGE - Esther Ida Delores Aguilla, 44, of North Santa Rosa Village died on Jan. 11, 2019, at home.

Ms. Aguilla was born on Oct. 9, 1974, in Huntington Park, California, to Clarence Andrew Sr. and Evelyn (Lopez) Andrew. She attended Santa Rosa Boarding School and Sherman Indian High School in Riverside, California. She graduated from Tohono O'odham High School in 1994 and later attended Central Arizona College.

She worked for the Tohono O'odham Nation in the accounting department and then moved to Archie Hendricks Sr. Skilled Nursing Facility as an activity aide for the seniors. She enjoyed being with her family and friends.

Survivors include her mother; three sisters, Angela, Rebecca and Gwendolyn; her companion, Nathaniel Marks; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; a brother, Clarence Andrew Jr.; and two daughters, Baby Girl and Daniella Pablo.

Funeral Mass celebrated at 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, at St. Clare Catholic Mission in Anegam Village, with wake following. Burial early Saturday, Jan. 19, in Anegam Cemetery.
