**In Loving Memory of Everardo Dominguez-Valdez**
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Everardo Dominguez-Valdez, who left this world on December 12, 2024, at the age of 86. Born on October 3, 1938, to the loving parents Manuel and Francisca Dominguez, Everardo's journey through life was rich with passion, dedication, and a deep love for those around him.
A man of great strength and commitment, Everardo devoted many years working in the Orange Groves of Picacho, where he earned the respect of everyone he met with his hard work and diligence as a farm laborer. He possessed a natural curiosity about the world, often taking things apart just to understand how they functioned, showcasing his remarkable gift for fixing and restoring items to their former glory.
Everardo found immense joy in the simple pleasures of life—taking long walks in nature, listening to his favorite music, and sharing moments with his beloved dogs. Above all, it was his family and friends who filled his heart with the greatest happiness. He cherished every opportunity to create lasting memories with his children and grandchildren.
He is now reunited with his beloved wife, Bertha Alicia Dominguez-Alba, who preceded him in death, as well as his cherished parents. Everardo's legacy continues with his loving children: Mayela, Lucio, Fatima, and Juan Dominguez; his twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, whom he adored.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM, which will include a recitation of the rosary at 6:00 PM.. The following day, Thursday, December 19, a mass will be celebrated at 1:00 PM at St. Helen of the Cross, with burial to follow at Eloy Memorial Park.
The services have been entrusted to J. Warren Funeral Services-Valley Chapel, and we extend our gratitude to all who have offered their support during this difficult time.
As we remember Everardo, let us carry forward his spirit of kindness, curiosity, and dedication to family. He will be dearly missed but forever held close in our hearts.
