Felicia Monica Parley

Felicia M. Parley, 47, of Santa Rosa died on September 30, 2022, in Glendale. Ms. Parley was born on September 25, 1975, in Phoenix to Andrew M. Parley and Juanita B. Francisco-Parley.

Felicia loved Eastside Story, Oldies, Rap- Ice Cube, Snoop, Dre, and Native Creed, Reggae, she loved Dickies, chucks and checkered flannels, Morning Glory (blue Liquid) body spray and chilling with the homies and blue.  She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and loved helping at family events,

Felicia is survived by her mother and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and sister Melissa M. Parley.

One day services will be on Saturday October 15, 2022, at 9:00 am. at Parley Residence in Santa Rose Village with burial to follow at 4:00 pm. West Santa Rosa Cemetery, Tohono O’odham Nation.
