Fern Luna

SACATON - Fern Luna, 69, died on Feb. 3, 2016, at Huhukam Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Luna was born on March 18, 1946, in Sacaton and was a daughter of Jose and Bessie Eschief. She was a nursing assistant.

Survivors include two brothers, Malcom Eschief of Sacaton and Francis Jones of Upper Santan, and a sister, Carol James of Blackwater. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gail, and a son, Everette Luna.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center, with a wake continuing after 10 at the family home. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Upper Santan Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery.
