Fernando Martinez

Fernando Martinez, 51, of Casa Grande died on April 22, 2015, in Casa Grande.

The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Eloy Apostolic Assembly, with Pastor Felix Bermejo officiating. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.

Mr. Martinez was born on June 21, 1963, in Eloy. He was a farmworker and enjoyed camping and fishing, but most of all spending time with children.

Survivors include three daughters, Marchea N. and Kendra L. Martinez of Tucson and Natasha M. Martinez of Coolidge; a son, Victor M. Martinez of Coolidge; his parents, Jose M. and Elisa V. Martinez of Casa Grande; four sisters, Isabel Smith of Prescott Valley, Elva DiMatteo and Maryann Martinez of Casa Grande and Diana Martinez of Gilbert; four brothers, James Martinez of Casa Grande, Raul Martinez Sr. and Jose Alfredo Martinez of Coolidge and Jose Venegas Martinez of Eloy; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Katrina Martinez, and a sister, Beatriz Martinez.
