Fernando V. Chavez Jr.

CASA GRANDE - Fernando V. Chavez Jr., 78, of Casa Grande died on March 26, 2019.

Mr. Chavez was born on Oct. 16, 1940, in San Patricio, New Mexico. He lived in this area for 70 years.

Survivors include four daughters, Mary Helen Miller, Terry A. Basil, Diane Chavez and Vanessa M. Chavez; a sister, Eva Chavez; five brothers, Jessy, Ernesto, Daniel, Joe and Ramon Chavez; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Manuela E., and a daughter, Elizabeth Chavez.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 5, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Community Center, followed by celebration of Mass. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery.
