Francisco G. Murillo

COOLIDGE - Francisco G. Murillo, 88, died on Aug. 18, 2019.

Mr. Murillo was born on Oct. 10, 1930, in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Jose and Romalda Murillo. He loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed playing horseshoes and dominoes.

Survivors include nine daughters and sons, Maria G. Murillo of Des Moines, Iowa, Rosemary Gurrola of Mesa, Marylou Murillo of Coolidge, Gracie Murillo of Casa Grande, Patricia Murillo of Coolidge, Francisco and James Murillo of Casa Grande, Martin Murillo of Sacaton and Marcos Murillo of Coolidge; three siblings, Paz Martinez and Ramona Murillo of El Cajon, California, and Jose Murillo of Bryan, Texas; 39 grandchildren; 77 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa A.; a brother, Manuel Murillo; and two sisters, Jesus Maria Espinoza and Bertha Murillo.

Wake beginning at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, at the family residence in Coolidge. Funeral Mass celebrated at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 23, at St. James Catholic Church. Burial in Florence Cemetery.
