CASA GRANDE - Frank Lohr, 70, of Casa Grande died on Feb. 8, 2016, at home.
Mr. Lohr was born on Sept. 11, 1945, in Tucson and was a son of Henry Lohr and Criselia M. Martinez. He served in the Army and later was a machinist in manufacturing. He loved his dog, Francois, and had a passion for country music. Having been a cook in the Army, he loved getting together and serving others. He was very generous and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include a daughter, Christy Palmer of Casa Grande; two sons, Frank E. and Hank P. Lohr of Casa Grande; two sisters, Margaret Sisson of Vacaville, California, and Carolyn Pyde of Tempe; two brothers, Richard Lohr of Peoria and Charles H. Lohr of Tucson; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Feb. 18 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 by the Rev. Ariel Lustan. Burial will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix.
