Frank Serda "The Rican" Cevedia

CASA GRANDE - Frank Serda "The Rican" Cevedia Jr., 52, died on June 14, 2017, with his family by his side.

Mr. Cevedia was born on Feb. 8, 1965, in Casa Grande and raised in Eloy and Picacho. He was a kind, gentle and loving father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, partner, cousin and friend. He enjoyed softball, DJ equipment, Prince, the Cincinnati Reds and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was the life of every party.

He dedicated his time and talent to coaching the young people of Pinal County. He was passionate about making a difference in every child's life.

Survivors include two sons, Eric Cevedia and Frankie Cevedia III; the mother of Frankie III, Elizabeth Cevedia; his father, Frank M. Cevedia Sr.; a sister, Veronica Cevedia; a brother, Robert Cevedia; his partner, Kristen Teed; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alicia "Olga" Cevedia, and his first wife, Melissa Ruiz Cevedia.

Visitation, rosary and Mass on Friday, June 23, beginning at 9 a.m., at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy.
