MARICOPA - Frank William Mausser, 87, of Maricopa died on March 24, 2016, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Mausser was born on Feb. 9, 1929, in Cleveland and was a son of Joseph and Mary Mausser. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He later worked for The Raytheon Company for 30-plus years before retiring and was a facility supervisor and a hardworking man.
He enjoyed golf, swimming, sports and being outdoors. A member of Our Lady of Grace Church, he was very well liked and was devoted to his family.
Survivors include a daughter, Diane Vigil of Maricopa; two sons, Frank Mausser Jr. of California and Andrew Mausser of Maricopa; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Josephine, as well as three brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande, with rosary recited at 7:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church by the Rev. Marcos Velasquez. Burial will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, in Phoenix.
