**Obituary for Frederick "Fred" Wise**

Frederick “Fred” Wise passed away peacefully on December 20, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on July 23, 1944, to Olivia and Isidro Valdez, Fred embraced life with an open heart, surrounded by the women he adored throughout his journey.

For 56 wonderful years, Fred was devoted to his beloved wife, Terry Campos Wise. Together, they built a life rich in love and companionship. Their family blossomed through the years, anchored by his two daughters, Valerie and Case, and illuminated by the presence of his precious granddaughter, Diamond. Fred also shared a special bond with his sisters, Maggie, Olivia, and Glenn, whom he loved dearly.

Fred's laughter echoed through the forests and lakes where he relished camping and fishing, but it was the simple moments spent with his family that brought him the greatest joy. He was a gentle soul who found happiness in the company of his loved ones and the loyal companionship of his devoted dog.

Professionally, Fred dedicated many years to serving his community, first as a custodian at Eloy Jr. High and later as part of the team at Central Arizona College, where he eventually retired. His commitment to his work reflected his caring nature and integrity.

Fred is preceded in death by his loving parents, Isidro and Olivia Valdez. He leaves behind a loving family and countless fond memories that will remain in their hearts forever.

A visitation to honor Fred’s life will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Valley Chapel. A rosary service will take place the following day, January 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a Memorial Mass at 10:30 AM. His inurnment will be scheduled for a later date.
