Gabriel Thomas

COOLIDGE - Gabriel Thomas, 69, died on Feb. 15, 2019.

Mr. Thomas was born on Sept. 16, 1949, to Luke and Jeanette Thomas in Sacaton. He was skilled at making traditional drums and rattles.

He enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Diamondbacks and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Laurie Thomas and Mary Tsinnijine; three siblings, Milford, Anthony and Bernadette Thomas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Benedict Thomas, and three sisters, Linda Thomas, Clarice Johnson and Imogene Thomas.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 22, at the Thomas home in Coolidge. Funeral Mass celebrated at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, at Holy Family Catholic Mission in Blackwater, with burial following.
