Ms. Scriven was born on May 17, 1943, in Casa Grande.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy L. Bair Jr. and Shawn R. Villaesasa of Casa Grande, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nita Ann Bair; her mother, Ola F. Fikstad; and a sister, Mabel Smith.
