Gary Beamer

Gary Beamer, 73, of Casa Grande died on July 7, 2014, at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.

Mr. Beamer was born on April 12, 1941, in Akron, Ohio, and was a son of Floyd and Iris Beamer. He served in the military and worked as an engineer in the paper industry. He was known for his barbs and laughter and loved his wife unconditionally.

Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Dorothy "Dottie"; two sons, Steve Beamer of Houston and David Beamer of Columbus, Mississippi; a brother, Ray Beamer of Phoenix; two sisters, Ruth Turney of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Iris Sering of Phoenix; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Beamer.
