Gary Brown Sr.

SACATON - Gary Anthony Brown Sr., 46, of Sacaton died on April 4, 2014, at home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the Brown home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Church in Bapchule by Monsignor Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Brown was born on May 22, 1967, in Sacaton. He was a school bus driver and attended River of Life Church in Sacaton and St. Peter Catholic Church. He enjoyed riding horses and bull riding, spending time with family and friends, watching movies with his daughter and listening to country and Native American music.

Survivors include a son, Gary Brown Jr. of Kaka Village; a daughter, Valery Brown of Sacaton; his father, Cornelius Brown Sr. of Sacaton; a brother, Cornelius Brown Jr. of Sacaton; three sisters, Eileen and Betty Brown and Ruby Terry, all of Sacaton; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Violet Jones, and a brother.
