ARIZONA CITY - Gayle Fish, 72, died on June 13, 2019.
Mrs. Fish was born on July 9, 1946, in Richmond, Virginia, to Mildred (Abrahams) and Canty Turner. She worked at Toltec Middle School for many years as a paraprofessional, including as in-school suspension coordinator and emergency substitute teacher.
Survivors include her husband, Michael; three sons, Phillip S. Yarnell of Arizona City, Steven W. Fish of Stevenson Ranch, California, and Gary R. Fish of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; two sisters, Frances J. Stevens of Arizona City and Wanda S. Stewart of Tucson; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Gayle Elizabeth Hopson; two brothers, Earl W. and Richard W. Turner; and a sister, Carolyn F. Turner.
Memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, at Freedom Family Church in Arizona City, with Pastor Tim McCain officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to BowWow Meow Thrift Shop, 112 W. Second St. in Casa Grande, or any of the three Casa Grande area animal shelters.
