Gaylon Ray "J.C" Meador

ARIZONA CITY - Gaylon Ray "J.C." Meador, 69, of Arizona City died on Oct. 11, 2015, at home.

Mr. Meador was born on May 12, 1946, in Cadiz, Kentucky, and was a son of Wilford Meador and Lydia Taylor. He worked on an automotive assembly line and retired from Ford Motor Company in 1997. He loved his Mustang, his Harley-Davidson and his dogs, Raven, Dove and Shadow.

He always spoke his mind and enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. He was a big supporter of veterans and most of all loved his family, especially his grandchildren and his companion.

Survivors include his companion, Sharon M. Young; a daughter, Valerie Goodreau of Cave Creek; two sons, Sean Meador of Mesa and William Meador of Chicago; and seven grandchildren.
