Gene Edward Osife

CASA GRANDE — Gene Edward Osife, 71, died on Oct. 9, 2021, in Mesa.

Mr. Osife was born to Juan and Annie Miguel Osife on May 30, 1950, in Sacaton. He enjoyed helping with church functions and loved spending time with his nieces, nephews and grandchildren, whom he was very close to.

He loved playing bingo, being a jokester and making everybody laugh.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Ann; two sons and a daughter, Jeremy Cauthen, Sarah Rangel and Christopher Cauthen; a sister, Lucy Osife; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kari Miguel, and three siblings, Margaret Jose, Mida James and Francisco Osife.
