George Robert Ralston

George Robert “Bob” Ralston, 76, of Casa Grande, a longtime farmer, died on Dec. 4th, 2021.
Mr. Ralston was born on April 13th, 1945, in Tucson and was the son of Jack and Opal Ralston and a fourth generation Arizona native. He farmed and served his community in Pinal County for his entire life. He was also on the Maricopa Unified School District Board for eight years and supported FFA and 4-H for more than 30 years. He was even a major supporter of the Humane Society of the White Mountains.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, flying his airplane, golfing, RV trips with his wife and talking to anyone and everyone, watching his granddaughters play volleyball and fishing with his grandson was where he spent a large part of his free time. He made friends everywhere he went. He lived in Casa Grande for 20 years after moving from Maricopa.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Suzanne K. “Suzy”; three adult children, Brandee M. Ralston, Tracy L. Hailey and Lynzee G. Williford, all of Casa Grande; a brother, Gary L. Ralston of Arizona City; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kay Beth Ralston.
Visitation beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 11th at Trinity Sothern Baptist Church in Casa Grande, with service at noon and burial following at Eloy Memorial Park. Celebration of life at J. Warren, memorial gardens in Casa Grandee at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12th. In memory, contributions cand be made to the White Mountain Humane Society, (928) 368-5295 or www.hswm.org. J.
