COOLIDGE - George Wigfall, 66, of Coolidge died on Jan. 13, 2016, at home.
The celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel, with the Rev. Clifton Albritten and Minister Eric Armendarez officiating.
Mr. Wigfall was born on April 22, 1949, in Florence and was a son of David and Hazel Wigfall. He went to school in Casa Grande and was a landscaping worker. He was a people person and hard worker who took pride in his work. He also was a painter and drove a school bus.
He loved to cook and was very helpful to others. Also a musician, he played guitar and piano and sang. A man of faith, he served as treasurer of New Bethel Baptist Church in Randolph.
Survivors include his wife, Ivory; three sons, Gary and Shaun Wigfall and Tyrone Cauley; two daughters, Sherri McGill and Rezella Goswick; four brothers, Wallace, David, William and Jerry Wigfall; two sisters, Hazel Simpson Wigfall and Lula Sampson; and many grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter and two sisters, Joann and Vernell Wigfall.
