Gerald "Gerry" Fauglid

Gerald Keith "Gerry" Fauglid, 70, of Prineville, Oregon, died on April 27, 2015, at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix.

A private service is planned.

Mr. Fauglid was born on Sept. 27, 1944, in Mayville, North Dakota, and was a son of Archie Fauglid and Margaret Karlstad. He served in the Army and was a real estate broker. He was a member of Elks and the American Legion and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

Survivors include his wife, Sue; two sons, Tony Fauglid of Lake Heron, Minnesota, and Andy Fauglid of Fargo, North Dakota; two stepsons, Daren Dillon of Santa Cruz, California, and Doug Sweider of Bend, Oregon; his stepfather, Arnie Aasland of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
