Geraldine Osife

SACATON - Geraldine Osife, 76, of Sacaton died on June 8, 2015, at Hospice of the Valley.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the family home, with a wake continuing at 7 p.m. at the District 4 Service Center. The funeral will be at 8 a.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church of Sacaton, with the Rev. Aaron Johns officiating. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.

Ms. Osife was born on May 12, 1939, in Sacaton and was a homemaker. A loving, caring and respectful person, she loved to cook, do word search puzzles, do arts and crafts, including painting ceramics, and play with her puppy and cat. She was devoted to her family and was loved by all of them, especially her grandson, and her friends.

Survivors include three daughters, Betty Manuel of Sacaton, Vanessa Manuel of Blackwater and Jennifer Flores of Tucson; a son, Vincent Manuel of Sacaton; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis Osife, and two sisters, Rosemary Manuel and Nancy Santillan.
