Gilbert Floyd Antone

SACATON - Gilbert Floyd Antone Sr., 70, of Sacaton died on Oct. 4, 2017, at Caring House.
Mr. Antone was born on Dec. 14, 1946, to Gladys Porter and Jose Antone in Sacaton and was a lifelong resident.
Survivors include two stepchildren, Ione Williams and Dallas Havier; seven siblings, Willard Antone Sr., Rodney Antone Sr., Eldon Antone, Judy Antone, Marsha Pedro, Maxine Francisco and Tonya Pedro-Molina; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Louise; three children, Lynelle Antone, Gilbert F. Antone Jr. and Milford Antone; a stepson, Donovan Havier; and four siblings, Spencer Antone, Baron Antone I, Joella Scott and Charlotte Martinez.
Wake from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13, at the District 3 Service Center and continuing at Mr. Antone's home, 284 Palo Verde Circle. Funeral at 7 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at West Casa Blanca Worshiping Center, with the Rev. Francis Williams and Pastor Larry Jackson officiating. Burial in Vah-Ki Cemetery.
