Gloria Ann Amerson

ELOY - Gloria Ann Amerson, 85, died on Nov. 25, 2018.

Mrs. Amerson was born on Feb. 20, 1933, to George England and Willie Mae Martin in Tyler, Texas. She loved spending time with family and friends and also enjoyed fishing and playing softball and volleyball in her younger years.

She enjoyed quilting and watching hummingbirds at her home. She retired after working 30 years in the banking industry in Eloy and Casa Grande.

Survivors include two adult children, Manda Madewell of Eloy and Coy Lynn Amerson of Casa Grande; two sisters, Gladys Bice of Elkart, Texas, and Mary Osbon of Glendale; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy G., and a brother, Billy England.

Service from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 28, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel in Eloy.
