Grant Slover, 94, of Casa Grande died on Feb. 19, 2014, at home.
The service will be held later.
Mr. Slover was born on Oct. 7, 1919, in Tennessee and was a son of William and Arletta Slover. He was an Air Corps veteran of World War II and later was an electrician and member and treasurer of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers before retirement. He was a big sports fan, traveled in his motor home with his wife, loved to garden, loved his dogs and was a Boy Scout leader.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Anna; a son, Roger L. Slover of Richardson, Texas; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffery T. Slover, and a sister, Lois Allen.
