Gustavo Lee Moran

ELOY - Gustavo Lee Moran, 68, died on Dec. 20, 2018.

Mr. Moran was born on March 13, 1950, in Casa Grande and was a son of Rodolfo and Eva Moran. He loved spending time with family, especially his grandchildren.

He also enjoyed cooking and watching the Arizona Cardinals games. He was a great story teller and a friend to all he met.

Survivors include his wife, Adeline; three adult children, Andrew Moran of Tucson, Tiffany Costales of Casa Grande and Destinee Moran of Eloy, plus two godchildren he raised, Briana and Drew Ruiz; eight sisters and brothers, Mary Guerrero of Eloy, Rosario Leija of Eloy, Eva Cornejo of Casa Grande, Dolores Cragg of Casa Grande, Adela Gonzales of Eloy, Rudy Moran of Eloy, Elvira "Vera" Schuller of Arizona City and Ralph Moran of Eloy; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Calderon, and a sister, Effie Holbert.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10 and funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30 by the Rev. Alonzo Garcia.
