Harold Alphus

CASA BLANCA - Harold Alphus, 64, died May 10, 2008 in Eloy.


Visitation was from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 3 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 7 a.m. today in Vah-ki Cemetery.

Mr. Alphus was born March 10, 1944 in Happy Camp, Calif. He was a farmer. He loved carnivals and having his picture taken at them. He loved listening to music, especially chicken scratch. He liked watching movies and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed living a simple life.

Survivors include four daughters, Claudette Alphus of Mesa, Michelle and Leah Alphus of Santan and Maxine Alphus of Coolidge; two sons, Brian Alphus of Santan and James Alphus of Coolidge; a sister, Charlotte Moffet of Maryvale; 22 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
