ARIZONA CITY - Harry Chaplin, 95, a World War II veteran and two-time Bronze Medal recipient, died at his home in Arizona City on June 20, 2020.
Mr. Chaplin was born on March 2, 1925. He was the last member of a large family and never married. A country boy at heart, in later years he settled in the Northern California high desert, where he lived until coming to Arizona for the last four years.
Survivors include seven nephews and nieces, Justin, Glenn, Sumner, Oliver, Pam, Tina and Tammy.
J. Warren Funeral Services in charge of arrangements. According to his wishes, his ashes will be spread up on Timber Mountain in the high desert in Northern California.
