Hermelinda Ceniseros

January 24, 1923 — March 30, 2015

COOLIDGE - Hermelinda Viola Ceniseros, 92, of Coolidge died on March 30, 2015.

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. James Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 9:30. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 by the Rev. Dale Branson. Burial will be in Heritage Valley Memorial Park.

Mrs. Ceniseros was born on Jan. 24, 1923, in the eastern Arizona town of Solomon and was the second of seven children of Luis and Phillipa Viola. Her family moved to Coolidge in 1933.

She married Francisco Ceniseros in 1944 and had four children. Her biggest joy in life was her family and friends. She was very active in St. James Church and Guadalupanas.

Survivors include a daughter, Lydia Robles of Coolidge; a son, David Ceniseros of Coolidge; 16 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Frank and Manuel Ceniseros; three sisters, Maria Viola, Ida Trevino and Frances Flores; and three brothers, Antonio, Emilio and Luis Viola Jr.
