Irene Mary Smith

Irene Mary Smith, age 30, of Ak-Chin, passed away on October 11, 2024 in Maricopa. Born on January 29, 1994, Irene was a vibrant individual who brought joy to those around her. 

Irene had a special talent for hairstyling and makeup, and she cherished the time spent taking walks with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed visiting the park and sharing her love of singing Known for her generous spirit, Irene was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her beautiful smile and laughter left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. 

Irene is survived by her mother Linda Smith, siblings: Jonella Peters, Karin Smith, Warin Villareal, Sarina Smith, Miranda Villareal, Suzanna Villareal, Kimberly Smith and her many nieces and nephews who she loved and adored. She was preceded in death by her father, Narin Smith, stepmother Carrie Luz, sister Kendra Smith, daughter Unique Smith, brother Steven Villareal, and uncle Barney Compton. 

A memorial service will take place on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 5 p.m. at Irene's residence, located at 48023 W. Farrell Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85139. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26, at 7 a.m. at Ak-Chin Cemetery, with Ronnie Lyons officiating. 

Irene will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.
