Israel "Feather Hawk" Morris

SAN LUCY VILLAGE - Israel Dan "Hawk Feather" Morris, 29, died on Sept. 17, 2015, in Goodyear.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. today at San Lucy Catholic Mission, with funeral Mass celebrated at 11. Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery.

Mr. Morris was born on Aug. 3, 1986, in Phoenix. He was a retail cashier and enjoyed fishing and watching football. He was a Packers and Arizona Wildcats fan. He loved his dog, Bella, and enjoyed funny movies and making people laugh. He was proud to be Native American.

Survivors include his parents, Elizabeth Coletta of San Lucy and Peter Morris of Kentucky; two brothers, Louis and Jacob Morris of San Lucy; and a sister, Rita Coletta of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Louis and Elaina Coletta and Oscar Morris.
